Where collection or delivery is agreed, the customer must ensure that items are ready at the agreed time and location.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed collection and delivery times, but timings may be affected by traffic, weather, staffing, operational issues or circumstances outside our control.
If we are unable to collect or deliver because no one is available, access is restricted, or the items are not ready, we may charge a missed collection or redelivery fee.

We are not responsible for personal items left in laundry, including cash, cards, jewellery, keys, electronics or documents.
7. Garment and linen care
We will take reasonable care when processing items. However, laundry involves normal risks including shrinkage, fading, colour run, wear, loose buttons, weakened seams, minor damage or pre-existing faults becoming more visible.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Incorrect or missing care labels
- Poor fabric quality
- Pre-existing wear, holes, stains, weakness or damage

We may refuse to process items that we consider unsafe, unsuitable or at risk of damage.
8. Stains and heavily soiled items
We will use reasonable efforts to clean stained or heavily soiled items, but we do not guarantee that all stains, odours or marks can be removed.
Some stains may become permanent before we receive the item, depending on the fabric, stain type, age of stain and previous treatment.
Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items, specialist cleaning or reprocessing.
9. Linen hire
Where linen hire is provided, hired linen remains the property of Bubbles Linen & Laundry or our linen supply partners unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Customers must return hired linen in reasonable condition, allowing for normal use.

Turnaround times are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including equipment issues, supplier delays, staff shortages, transport disruption, severe weather, power failure or access issues.
11. Payment terms
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or account setup.
For one-off customers, payment may be required before or on completion of the service.
For commercial account customers, invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
We reserve the right to:
- Request payment upfront
- Pause services if invoices are overdue
- Charge late payment interest and reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law
- Withhold items until payment is made, where legally permitted

For recurring commercial contracts, cancellation terms will be set out in the customer agreement, quote, contract or service schedule.
If we have already collected items, started work, reserved capacity, arranged staffing or incurred costs, cancellation charges may apply.
For consumer distance or off-premises contracts, cancellation rights may apply under UK consumer rules. UK guidance states that customers may have cancellation rights for services arranged online, by phone or away from business premises, depending on the circumstances.
13. Complaints and re-cleaning
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints should be raised within 48 hours of collection or delivery where practical.
We may ask to inspect the relevant items before deciding on the appropriate resolution.
Where we accept that a service has not been completed to a reasonable standard, we may offer one or more of the following:
- Re-cleaning
- Credit against future services
- Partial refund
- Replacement contribution, where appropriate
We will not be responsible for claims where items have been used, altered, repaired, cleaned elsewhere or not made available for inspection.
14. Loss or damage
We take reasonable care of items in our possession.

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contracts, reputational damage or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
16. Service changes
We may update our services, pricing, collection areas, delivery schedules or operating hours from time to time.
For recurring customers, we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
17. Health and safety
Customers must not provide items that may pose a risk to our staff, equipment or other customers’ items.
This includes items contaminated with hazardous substances, sharp objects, bodily fluids, chemicals, oils, solvents, pests or flammable materials unless specifically agreed in advance.
We may refuse, return or dispose of unsafe items where necessary.
